Service Description

The 4 hour mediations can be reserved from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. or from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. If you would like to deviate from these hours, please contact our offices at (813) 384-3387 or via email at erin@mytampalawgroup.com and we will do our best to accommodate your preferred schedule. Once your mediation is confirmed by our offices, please be certain that your Notice of Mediation reflects the date and time of the mediation. Please provide the Notice of Mediation to our offices via email within 48 hours of receipt of your Zoom link. The fee for mediation is $275 per hour with a 2 hour minimum ($550) for Zoom mediations and $350 per hour with a 2 hour minimum ($700) for in-person mediations. The cost of the mediation session shall be split equally by the parties unless otherwise agreed. Payment shall be made at the conclusion of the mediation session. If you are not represented by an attorney or you are scheduling a mediation where the opposing party is not represented by an attorney, you will be required to pay a non-refundable 2 hour minimum ($550 for Zoom mediations or $700 for in-person mediations) scheduling fee at the time that your mediation is confirmed. This non-refundable scheduling fee will be applied to the cost of the mediation in the event that the parties attend the mediation. In the event that the parties do not attend the mediation, the scheduling fee will not be refunded and will not be applied to a future mediation session. Once a request for a mediation session is received by our offices, the date and time will be placed on hold and you will receive a confirmation email that your requested has been received. You will then receive an email containing the Zoom information for your mediation session and a request for the Notice of Mediation. Please provide the Notice of Mediation within 48 hours of receiving the request. Please be certain that the Notice of Mediation accurately reflects the date and time of the mediation. In the event that you need to cancel your mediation, please provide our offices with notice of the cancellation no less than 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) prior to the date of the mediation. In the event that a mediation is cancelled less than 48 hours notice (excluding weekends and holidays) before the mediation, there will be a charge of the 2 hour minimum ($550 for Zoom mediations or $700 for in-person mediations).
